Shipping & Returns


  1. If we cancel any order we shall offer a refund or a credit to your account the price paid by you.
  2. We shall attempt to fulfil all orders in accordance with our terms and conditions.
  3. We try our best to describe our products as accurate as possible, however we cannot assure that product descriptions or any content within this site are error-free.
  4. Please keep in mind that the items may appear larger in pictures, as we have tried to show as much detail of the products as possible, please always check the size or measurement in product descriptions. Colours shown on your monitor may also be slightly different from the actual colour of the products.


  1. We will arrange for the Products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your Order
  2. We put our return address label on the reverse of packages for security reasons.
  3. We aim to ship all products within 1-2 business days, but no longer than 7 business days. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email.
  4. The period stated within which your orders are dispatched is approximate
  5. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our control.
  6. Items that are Missing or lost in the post will be replaced or a refund credited to your account after a period of 15 working days from dispatch for UK deliveries and 25 working days for all other deliveries.
  7. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them
  8. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded First Class Post. All overseas orders are sent via Air Mail.

Shipping Note :-

First Class Post - All of our items sent out by First Class Post within the UK are 2D Barcoded, this means that once your order is dispatched a tracking number is uploaded to your order. These 21 characters can be tracked for delivery/attempted delivery on the normal Royal Mail website.
Recorded Delivery - All items sent out by First Class Recorded delivery will have the normal 13 characters uploaded to your order once dispatched and a full progression through the Royal Mail Network can be found at the normal Royal Mail website.
Next Day Delivery - Items are sent out either using Royal Mail special delivery or DPD timed delivery service. 
Tracking numbers again will be uploaded to your order once dispatched and full tracking of your order can be found on the relevant courier website.
International Tracked - Items that are sent out using "International Signed For" are fully trackable via the Royal Mail UK website using the 13 characters uploaded to your order once dispatched. Or if your order is over 2Kg in weight then your order will be sent by DHL Express.
As our Goods are Shipped From the United Kingdom, and therefore from the 1st January 2021 are no longer part of the European Union your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Authentic Vitamins is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If the customs fees are not paid by the customer and the goods are returned back to us, then a re-stocking fee of 10% will be applied before the refund is issued.
Shipping costs will also NOT be refunded.

Refunds and Returns

  • Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 60 days of receipt.
  • Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
  • Please note:

1.Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

2.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

3.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the wrong item has been sent or the item arrived damaged.

4.Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
